BEEF

We offer a large selection of USDA certified beef raised at our farm. Our beefers are sent to the butchery for processing typically between 18-24 months old, which results in tender, lean meat. A USDA inspector is present for every step (slaughter, cutting, packaging, etc.) to best ensure food safety and quality control. All products arrive frozen when returned to our farm.

EGGS & DAIRY

Farm fresh eggs come from our own flock of chickens. They have a large coup and are allowed to pasture graze whenever possible. We often carry milk and dairy products from other local farms such as Fish Family Farm in Bolton. Available items are listed in our store inventory when they are in-stock and ready for pick up at our farm shop or for delivery.

HAY

Our farm has been providing both large rectangle bales (3x3x8ft, 700-800lbs) and the typical small bales (40-50lbs) of dry hay to the community for many years. We offer both first and second cutting as available. Our customers rave about the good quality feed for their horses, cows, alpacas, goats. *No chemical fertilizers used*
